Cybera Connects with U of A

Nearly 50 people attended the Cybera Meet and Greet at the University of Alberta on November 5. The lunchtime event highlighted the valuable synergies between the Department of Computing Science and Cybera, and it was an opportunity to introduce one of Cybera's newest projects, CESWP, to the staff, faculty and researchers at the University of Alberta. The University of Alberta and Cybera collaborate on numerous ICT research projects, including the Cloud-Enabled Space Weather Modeling and Data Assimilation Platform, the Canadian Space Science Data Portal, GeoChronos, DataGardens Virtualization, and Multi Media Processing projects.
