Cybera is one of more than 200 companies that have recently joined the Open Virtualization Alliance (OVA), a consortium committed to promoting the adoption of open virtualization technologies.
Since its launch three months ago, OVA's membership has witnessed a 20-fold growth in members, more than half of which are focused on cloud computing. Cybera joined the OVA to tap into its global community of cloud and virtualization expertise, as well as contribute to the development of these technologies.
One of the main goals of the OVA is to foster the development of best practices around Kernel-based Virtual Machine (KVM), which provides support for companies looking to build cloud deployments.
