Introduction to Open Education Resources
This session will provide an overview of open educational practices (OEP) including open educational resources (OER), open pedagogy, and open licenses. Background will be provided on why such resources and licenses are important for learners, as well as educational institutions trying to increase access, lower costs, and improve teaching and learning.
Participants will be walked through how to find appropriate OER, integrate open practices into their classes and institutions, and how to find supports to do so.
Workshop registration is separate from the Cyber Summit registration
