ShareIT is hosting a panel-style webinar with leaders from the University of Alberta and the University of Calgary on how they are leveraging chatbots to deliver "an elevated user experience," at scale.

Moderated by Len Zhou of the University of Alberta, the panel will discuss how they prepared to implement chatbots, the challenges they’re solving, and their advice for other institutions of all sizes.

From streamlining the exchange of information via integrations with ServiceNow and PeopleSoft, to leveraging AI data to pre-empt questions before they occur, this session will examine current and future initiatives that deliver enhanced services as efficiently as possible.
