The objective the IT Services Roster of qualified Providers is to:

• Increase Member access to qualified Providers
• Reduce and contain the costs of professional services, and reduce administrative efforts through readily accessible services
• Maintain the quality of services through an ongoing evaluation tool and performance evaluation mechanism
• Reduce service quality risk by evaluating and reporting performance, as well as  confirming eligibility requirements and credentials

All vendor contracts have an initial term of three (3) years, expiring April 2026.
